Strawberry & Pear Tartlets

Use filo shells, {12 minis from World Market} cut a handful of strawberries and 1/2 a pear and fill shells. In a saucepan mix 1 1/2 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of corn starch and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Stir until brought to boil and add strawberry Jell-O, once dissolved spoon into the filo cups. The remaining Jell-O mix can be poured onto remaining fruit. Put in fridge until set.
